  • Comfortable reviewing code or conducting an interview, in English or Tamil
  • Able to hold two sessions a month

  3. We match you to a student or a Build Month cohort: usually within two weeks.
  4. Your first session, with the agenda and student background sent 48 hours ahead.

Sessions are recorded, communication runs through Intraneurals channels, feedback follows the shared rubric, and either side can step away with two weeks' notice.
